Glenn is an accomplished senior executive, engineer and innovator with more than 34 years of success in the aerospace, defense, telecommunications and consulting industries. He is the founder and President of Invarius LLC and has served as Chief Operating Officer of LaserLight Communications, Vice President of Coherent Technical Solutions, Inc, and Director of Strike and Air Warfare at L3 Technologies.  Over his career Glenn has led the development of major aerospace systems including manned and unmanned aircraft, satellite navigation systems and advanced defense and commercial communications.  

 

As President of Invarius LLC, he has created a national growth plan for several non-profits, designed dual-use technology transfer mechanisms for federal labs, and developed strategic growth and go-to-market plans for dozens of start-ups and small businesses.  Glenn has advised clients across numerous industries including space systems, satellites, aviation, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, government, robotics, unmanned aerial vehicles, agriculture, professional sports, app software, marketing, hospitality, occupational therapy, and information technology.

Glenn has served on the Board of Directors for the Telecom Council of Silicon Valley and for the Cottonwood Heights UT Business Association and is a past President of the AUVSI Mountain West Chapter.  He obtained his Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia and is a graduate of the US Navy Test Pilot School.
